DELIVERY TIMES

 


ART 2.1.1 FRANCE

- If you have selected the option "Pick up in our workshop", please contact me to arrange an appointment within 10 working days. You will be asked for an ID to hand over your purchase. The workshop and the appointments are from Wednesday to Saturday included, from 2 pm to 6 pm.

- Shipments: depending on the value and destination of the parcel, your shipment will be made either by Declared Value or by Colissimo. The delivery time is two to five working days for France and two to eight working days for Corsica and Monaco.


ART 2.1.2 EUROPEAN COMMUNITY

Shipments within the European Community are made by Declared Value or Colissimo depending on the jewel sent, the time limits are from two to eight working days depending on the destination.


ART 2.1.3 OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY, UNITED KINGDOM AND SWITZERLAND

Shipments outside the European Community are sent by Colissimo, Chronopost or Fedex Express depending on the value of the item sent and the destination country. - Colissimo International: 4 to 8 working days for purchases under 500 euros.


- Chronopost: 2 to 6 working days for purchases from 500 to 1500 euros

- Fedex Express (with Ferrari insurance): 2 to 6 days minimum for purchases over 1500 euros.


Delivery times vary according to customs clearance, which can be more or less long. We invite you to anticipate your purchases according to your needs and contact us for any question. A parcel number will be given to you so that you can follow your parcel. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the letter carrier will leave you a notice of passage allowing you to withdraw your parcel at the Post office. We could not be held responsible for the incompressible delays of the postal services if you chose a solution not adapted to the urgency of your request, nor for the imponderables of the latter (strikes, delays in the routing, etc.). We will of course do our utmost to assist you in all situations.


ART 2.2 CUSTOMS FEES

For any order to a country outside the European Union, the Customer is the importer of the product(s) ordered. Customs duties, import duties or state taxes may be due. These rights will be charged to the customer and under his responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the authorities and / or competent bodies. The customer is advised to check with the competent authorities of his country.


ART2.3 OBSERVATIONS ON THE DELIVERY AND ON THE DELIVERED PRODUCTS

You must imperatively check the packages and the products upon delivery. If you have any reservation or observation justifying that the products be returned to us, you must proceed as indicated in article 4 below.


ART2.4 PROPERTY - RISKS

The transfer of ownership and risks on the products takes place at the delivery of the products. However, in the case where the two conditions A and B below are met:



Condition A

Your package is returned to us by the carrier because the address is wrong or you do not claim it within the time limit or you do not answer the phone, our voice and electronic messages to plan the withdrawal of your products in store (especially if the email addresses or phone numbers you have sent us are wrong) or you do not show up for the planned withdrawal in store,


Condition B


You do not answer the telephone, our voice and electronic messages to notify you of the situation (in particular if the e-mail addresses and telephone numbers you have given us are erroneous), and we are therefore unable to contact you for a period of 3 months from the date of shipment of the package or contact for the planned in-store pick-up of the product, or from the planned date of pick-up,

Alice Magnin then retains ownership of the products and may freely dispose of them. Alice Magnin retains the payments that triggered the production of the product in the first place, and you agree to have no recourse to recover the amounts paid or the unclaimed products.



ART2.5 FAILURE TO DELIVER OR DELIVERY OF A DAMAGED OR SPOILED PRODUCT

In the event that the carrier indicates that it has delivered the product you ordered and you dispute that such delivery has taken place or you have refused a package presented damaged or spoiled by the carrier, you agree to return to us a signed statement acknowledging the absence of delivery or the delivery of a damaged or spoiled product, a copy of a proof of identity, and a copy of a proof of address less than three months old, so that Alice Magnin can take charge of the cost of a new shipment of said product.
